Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your personal data is protected. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This policy applies to all Flow Nodes apps on iOS, macOS, and visionOS.

Data Collection

Flow Nodes collects limited data to improve the app experience. Node type creation and wire type connection is collected to then later suggest wire connections in the app.

Third-Party Services

Some anonymous data and diagnostic is collected via TelemetryDeck, Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.

This data may include anonymous usage events, crash reports, device type, operating system version, and app version.

We do not sell, trade, or rent any information, and collected data is not used for advertising purposes.

It is important to note that no personally identifiable data is collected. The data we collect is used solely for improving the user experience and enhancing app functionality.

Additionally, we do not collect the following data:

No image data.
No video data.
No audio data.
No face data.
No home data.
No location data.

Purchases and Subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store payment information.

Data Storage

Projects and content created in the app are stored locally on the user’s device and, if enabled, in the user’s private iCloud account. This data is not accessible to the developer.

GDPR Compliance

As required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we respect the following principles:

Data Minimization: We only collect data that is necessary to improve the app and do not collect any information that directly identifies users.
Lawfulness, Fairness, and Transparency: We are fully transparent about our data practices and ensure that no personal data is processed unlawfully.
Rights of Data Subjects: Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, we cannot associate analytics data with individual users. If you have privacy questions or concerns, you may contact us at any time.
